RETURN POLICIES AND INSTRUCTIONS (Important: Please save all Item packaging and your receipt for at least 15 days from delivery). DominicanBeautyShop.com OFFERS a 15 DAY after delivery date. DominicanBeautyShop.com wants you to have a great shopping experience and be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept your return within 15 days of your purchase receipt date. Please save all packaging and your receipt for at least 15 days from delivery. The customer will be refunded less any applicable shipping costs and a 15% administration "restocking" and reprocessing fee. The customer are responsible for all shipping charges back to us, however, If return is the result of our proven error, there will be no administration "restocking" and reprocessing fee, and we will pay for shipping both ways and/or find a mutually suitable resolution to satisfactorily correct the error for you. EXCHANGE POLICY If you would like to exchange an item please contact us within 15 days of receipt date to request an exchange. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to us.
